Peptide Revolution LLC is the owner of the brand, domain, website content and related intellectual property. Peptide Revolution LLC is not the contractual seller of the goods unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement.

It is not the contractual seller of goods, does not conclude purchase contracts with consumers and is not responsible for order fulfilment, complaints or withdrawals, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

3. Definitions

Term Meaning
Seller REDFIELD ONE KFT., acting in its own name and on its own account when selling goods through the E-shop.
Owner Peptide Revolution LLC, owner of the brand, domain, website content and intellectual property connected with the E-shop.
Consumer A natural person who purchases goods through the E-shop for purposes outside their trade, business, craft or profession.
E-shop The online store available at www.peptiderevolution.eu.
Goods Goods offered through the E-shop. Goods are sold exclusively for collector’s, laboratory or research purposes, as described on the product page, and are not intended for use as food, medicine or for human consumption.
Order The consumer’s action through the E-shop expressing the intention to purchase selected goods.
Price The total amount stated in the order, including the price of goods, applicable taxes, fees and shipping costs.
Shipping The cost of transporting the goods to the consumer, including any applicable handling costs.
GTC These General Terms and Conditions.

4. Scope of the General Terms and Conditions

These GTC regulate:

  • the process of purchasing goods through the E-shop,
  • the conditions of sale and purchase of goods through the E-shop,
  • the rights and obligations of the Seller and the Consumer,
  • the conclusion and performance of purchase contracts,
  • payment, delivery, complaints and withdrawal from the contract.

5. Order and Conclusion of the Purchase Contract

  1. The Consumer orders goods from the Seller through the E-shop available at www.peptiderevolution.eu.
  2. The description of the goods, their main characteristics, availability and price are shown on the relevant product page.
  3. Purchasing through the E-shop does not require registration. The Consumer may create a customer account during the ordering process.
  4. The Consumer is responsible for providing correct and complete billing, delivery and contact details.
  5. After clicking the “Add to cart” button, the selected goods are added to the Consumer’s shopping cart.
  6. The shopping cart allows the Consumer to review selected goods, quantities, prices, shipping method and total order value before placing the order.
  7. The Consumer chooses the available shipping and payment method according to the options offered in the checkout.
  8. Before placing the order, the Consumer is required to review and accept these GTC and confirm that the order includes an obligation to pay.
  9. The order is placed by clicking the “Order with payment obligation” button or another button with equivalent wording.
  10. By placing the order, the Consumer confirms that they have been informed about the main characteristics of the goods, the total price, shipping costs, payment method and delivery terms.
  11. After the order is placed, the Seller sends an order confirmation to the e-mail address provided by the Consumer.
  12. The purchase contract is concluded when the Consumer receives the order confirmation from the Seller.

6. Prices, Payment and Invoicing

  1. All prices displayed in the E-shop are shown including applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
  2. The Consumer may pay for the order using the payment methods available in the checkout, which may include:
    • card payment through a payment provider,
    • bank transfer,
    • cash on delivery, if available for the selected country and carrier,
    • other payment methods displayed in the checkout.
  3. The Seller does not charge additional fees for payment unless expressly stated in the checkout. The Consumer acknowledges that banks, payment providers or card issuers may charge their own fees.
  4. The Consumer must pay the order price within the period specified in the order or payment instructions.
  5. Payment is considered completed when the full amount is credited to the Seller’s account or confirmed by the relevant payment provider.
  6. The Seller issues invoices for orders in the name of REDFIELD ONE KFT.

7. Delivery Terms

  1. The Seller delivers goods to the delivery address provided by the Consumer in the order.
  2. The available delivery methods and estimated shipping prices are displayed in the checkout.
  3. The Seller usually dispatches goods after the order has been paid, unless cash on delivery or another post-payment method has been selected.
  4. The Seller aims to deliver ordered goods within 10 working days from payment confirmation or, in the case of cash on delivery, within 10 working days from conclusion of the contract, unless stated otherwise in the checkout or product description.
  5. The delivery time may be affected by carrier delays, customs procedures, public holidays, incorrect address details or circumstances outside the Seller’s control.
  6. The Consumer is responsible for ensuring that the ordered goods can be lawfully imported, possessed and received in the destination country.
Product and import notice

Products offered through the E-shop may be subject to import restrictions depending on the destination country. The Consumer is responsible for checking applicable local rules before placing an order.

8. Consumer’s Right of Withdrawal

  1. The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the goods.
  2. The withdrawal period is considered observed if the Consumer sends the withdrawal notice to the Seller before the expiry of the 14-day period.
  3. If several goods ordered in one order are delivered separately, the withdrawal period starts from the day the Consumer receives the last delivered item.
  4. The Consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal by sending a clear statement to the Seller by e-mail or by post.
  5. Withdrawal requests must be sent to:

  6. The Consumer may use the model withdrawal form provided by the Seller, but this is not mandatory.
  7. The Consumer must return the goods to the Seller no later than 14 days from the date on which the Consumer notified the Seller of the withdrawal.
  8. The Consumer bears the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the Seller agrees otherwise.
  9. The returned goods must be complete, undamaged, unused, in original packaging where possible, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  10. The Consumer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods caused by handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.

9. Refunds After Withdrawal

  1. If the Consumer validly withdraws from the contract, the Seller will refund payments received from the Consumer, including standard delivery costs, no later than 14 days from receiving the withdrawal notice.
  2. The Seller is not required to refund additional delivery costs if the Consumer chose a delivery method more expensive than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Seller.
  3. The Seller may withhold the refund until the goods are returned or until the Consumer provides proof that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
  4. The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the Consumer, unless the Consumer and Seller agree otherwise.

10. Exceptions from the Right of Withdrawal

The Consumer may not withdraw from the contract in cases where withdrawal is excluded by applicable law, especially in relation to:

  • goods made according to the Consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised goods,
  • goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly,
  • sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if they were unsealed after delivery,
  • goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature,
  • other cases where applicable consumer protection law excludes the right of withdrawal.

11. Complaints and Defective Goods

This Complaints Policy regulates the procedure for handling complaints between the Seller and the Consumer. The Seller responsible for complaints is REDFIELD ONE KFT.

  1. The Consumer may file a complaint if the delivered goods are defective, damaged, incomplete or do not correspond to the order.
  2. The complaint may be submitted by e-mail or in writing to the Seller’s registered address.
  3. The complaint should include:
    • the Consumer’s name and surname,
    • order number,
    • contact details,
    • description of the defect or issue,
    • photographic evidence, if available,
    • the preferred method of complaint resolution.
  4. The Seller may ask the Consumer to provide additional information or return the goods if necessary for proper assessment of the complaint.
  5. The Seller will handle the complaint within 30 days from the date of receiving all necessary information and, where required, the returned goods.
  6. The Seller will inform the Consumer about the result of the complaint by e-mail.
  7. If the complaint is justified, the Seller may offer repair, replacement, price reduction, refund or another appropriate solution in accordance with applicable law.

12. Product Information and Intended Use

  1. The Consumer must read all product information, warnings and descriptions before placing an order.
  2. Goods are sold only for the purposes described on the product page and must not be used contrary to the product information.
  3. Goods are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
  4. Goods are not sold as food, dietary supplements, medicines or products intended for human consumption, unless expressly stated otherwise on the product page.
  5. The Consumer is responsible for ensuring that the goods are suitable and lawful for the Consumer’s intended purpose and country of delivery.

13. Customer Account

  1. The Consumer may create a customer account in the E-shop.
  2. The Consumer is responsible for keeping login details confidential and for ensuring that account information is accurate and up to date.
  3. The Seller may restrict or cancel a customer account if it is used in breach of these GTC, applicable law or the legitimate interests of the Seller.

14. Personal Data

The Seller processes personal data necessary for order processing, payment, invoicing, delivery, customer support, complaint handling and compliance with legal obligations.

The processed data may include name, surname, billing address, delivery address, telephone number, e-mail address, order details, payment information, invoice data and communication history.

15. Intellectual Property

  1. The E-shop, brand name, logos, product texts, graphics, website design and other content are protected by intellectual property rights.
  2. Peptide Revolution LLC is the owner of the brand, domain, website content and related intellectual property, unless stated otherwise.
  3. No part of the E-shop may be copied, reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent of the rights holder.

16. Alternative Dispute Resolution

If the Consumer is not satisfied with the way the Seller handled a complaint or believes that the Seller has violated consumer rights, the Consumer may contact the Seller with a request for resolution.

If the dispute is not resolved directly, the Consumer may use available consumer dispute resolution mechanisms under applicable law.

17. Governing Law

These GTC and purchase contracts concluded through the E-shop are governed by the laws applicable to the Seller, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights that apply to the Consumer in their country of residence.

18. Final Provisions

  1. The Seller may amend these GTC due to changes in law, business operations, payment methods, delivery methods or E-shop functionality.
  2. The version of the GTC valid at the time of placing the order applies to the Consumer’s order.
  3. If any provision of these GTC becomes invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid and effective.
  4. These GTC are effective from the date of publication on the E-shop.
