Research Overview

FOXO4-DRI is a synthetic D-retro-inverso peptide engineered to interfere with the interaction between the transcription factor FOXO4 and the tumor-suppressor protein p53. In controlled experimental settings, disrupting this interaction is studied as a way to selectively influence senescent cells.
