Research Compound

SLU-PP-332 250 mcg Capsules

Research-grade capsule formulation supplied in a secure resealable container. SLU-PP-332 is an investigational pan-agonist of the estrogen-related receptors (ERRα/β/γ) studied in controlled laboratory settings as an exercise mimetic in models of mitochondrial function, fatty-acid oxidation, endurance capacity and metabolic balance.

Research Overview

SLU-PP-332 is a synthetic pan-agonist of the estrogen-related receptors ERRα, ERRβ and ERRγ, nuclear receptors that control mitochondrial biogenesis, oxidative metabolism and exercise adaptation. In mice it induced an acute aerobic-exercise gene program and increased exercise capacity (Billon et al., ACS Chem Biol 2023), and it has since been studied in models of metabolic syndrome, heart failure and the aging kidney. No therapeutic or clinical claims are made or implied.

Primary Research Areas

Exercise-Mimetic Signaling
ERR-driven expression of oxidative-metabolism and mitochondrial genes in skeletal muscle and endurance capacity in rodent models.
Mitochondrial Function & Inflammation
Mitochondrial dysfunction and inflammatory markers in aging-kidney models.
Metabolic Balance & Glucose Regulation
Fat mass, insulin sensitivity, glucose tolerance and energy expenditure in diet-induced obesity and metabolic-syndrome models.
Cardiac Energy Metabolism
Fatty-acid oxidation and mitochondrial function in heart-failure models.
